Christopher B. Reain - Partner

Following undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, Christopher attended the University of Saskatchewan Faculty of Law and received his LL.B. in 1998.

Acting for clients in a broad range of civil, commercial, and insurance-related matters, with an emphasis on complex insurance issues and disputes, Christopher has conducted trials and appeals before all levels of courts in Ontario.

Christopher is routinely retained on behalf of corporations and their insurers to provide advice and guidance with respect to the investigation and litigation of large, complex subrogation and recovery actions. He also provides counsel to commercial clients regarding contractual disputes including construction contracts, sales agreements, and related sales of goods issues.

Christopher has written papers and delivered presentations for various clients and for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Christopher is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Toronto Lawyers' Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the National Association for Subrogation Professionals (NASP).
