Clarence Lui - Partner

Clarence Lui practices in the area of civil litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation, and property and commercial liability insurance defence. He has experience in handling complex commercial matters and insurance coverage disputes, including fidelity, directors and officers, and title insurance claims, and in giving advice on bills of exchange, employee dishonesty and fraud issues.

Clarence earned a BA in economics and an LLB, both from the University of Western Ontario. While at law school, he received the Paul Bradley Award in real estate law and was the co-director of the Dispute Resolution Centre.

Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002, Clarence has conducted trials and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.  He is a member of the Advocates’ Society, Canadian Defence Lawyers, Toronto Lawyers Association and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP).
