Frank Shostack - Senior Partner

Frank Shostack received his LLB from the University of Toronto in 1968, and his LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1980. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1970.

Frank’s practice areas include corporate law, corporate finance, general business law, and personal and corporate tax planning. As well, he has a wide range of experience in acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures, shareholder and business issues, and corporate governance matters.

Recognizing that every multi-party transaction usually involves legitimate competing business concerns, Frank draws on his knowledge of a number of areas of law, his training and skills in alternative-dispute resolution, and strategic business expertise to seek solutions that take into account the concerns of all parties. His commitment to understanding the needs of his clients is evidenced by his many long-standing client relationships.
