Gordon A. Ullman - Partner

Following graduation from Yale University, Gordon A. Ullman completed his law degree at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1984.

Gord has developed strong long-term working relationships with many private business owners. His practice involves all aspects of business law, from inception of the business vehicle, through acquisitions, leasing, contract negotiations and divestitures. Experience with wills and succession planning is a derivative of counselling and advising successful individuals. Gord has a strong background in institutional lending, particularly real estate-back securitization. An additional focus of Gord’s career is providing counsel to sports organizations and governing bodies.

Gord has been an instructor with Ontario Bar Association courses on corporate law and real estate for many years. His professional memberships include the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association and Yale Club of Toronto.
