Patrick J. Monaghan - Senior Partner

A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Patrick J. Monaghan was admitted to the Bar in 1985 and has pursued the practice of civil litigation since that time.

Pat divides his time between his predominately insurance defence practice and commercial litigation. He has a great deal of trial experience, both jury and non-jury, and has appeared on numerous appeals. His practice has included actions involving a wide range of circumstances, among them professional negligence, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, insurance fraud, coverage disputes and professional responsibility.

Pat is well able to provide his clients with a carefully analyzed and realistic approach to claims.
