David Merner has joined the firm as a partner. David practices in civil litigation and specializing in Insurance and personal injury litigation, including class actions. He has broad experience including professional errors and omissions, commercial risks, policy interpretations, motor vehicle, products liability, transportation law (railway, trucking), environmental claims, occupier’s liability, school board liability and medical malpractice.
Ashley Artopoulo has returned as an associate after completing her articles at the firm. She will continue to practice in insurance defence litigation.
