Nicholas T. Macos completes the divestiture of the Port Stanley Harbour from Transport Canada to the Municipality of Central Elgin. The transaction vests the Municipality with substantial waterfront property to be remediated by Transport Canada for parkland purposes and a fund of over $13.5 Million to address future infrastructure requirements.
