Danielle graduated from McMaster University in 2004, with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree. She received her Juris Doctorate from Queen’s University in 2008 and was called to the bar in 2009.
Danielle is a member of the insurance defence group but has experience in a breadth of litigation matters including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, health law and property claims. She has developed expertise in first-party disputes, including catastrophic claims, priority and loss transfer matters. In addition, Danielle represents employers and employees in a variety of employment law services, with an emphasis on wrongful dismissal claims, workplace harassment disputes, and human rights complaints.
Danielle is focused on being responsive to her clients’ goals while achieving effective and efficient results.
Danielle is a member of Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Advocates Society, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
