Recent Decision: D. Lynn Turnbull

Lynn-2-350x350

In a motion brought on behalf of the defendants after the jury retired to render its verdict, our firm was successful in obtaining an order that the plaintiff has failed to satisfy the threshold that she sustained a permanent and serious impairment arising from the motor vehicle accident.

Dismissing the action in accordance with the verdict of the jury, the trial judge raised concerns with respect to the credibility of the plaintiff and rejected the conclusions of the plaintiff’s medical expert where they differed from the defendants’ experts.
