David completed his articles with Black Sutherland LLP and was called to the bar and joined the firm as an associate in 2021.
Prior to law school, David obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from York University. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alberta in 2020. During his time at the University of Alberta, David volunteered with Student Legal Services and was the representative for the Faculty of Law on the University of Alberta’s Student Union and General Faculty Council.
David handles a variety of insurance litigation matters including motor vehicle accidents, property damage claims, and occupiers’ liability. He has represented clients before the Small Claims Court and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. David strives to achieve his client’s goals in a cost-effective and creative manner.
