Joshua received his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Western University in 2012. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Bond University in Queensland, Australia in 2015 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017. Joshua spent the first years of his legal career as a personal injury litigator. He has successfully argued on behalf of his clients at the Superior Court of Ontario, the License Appeal Tribunal, and Small Claims Court, and brings a unique knowledge of the dynamics of complex personal injury litigation which serves as one of his assets to his current defence practice.
He is a member of the firm’s insurance defence group. Josh’s practice focuses on motor vehicle and occupier liability claims. He keeps himself updated on the most recent case decisions and prides himself on advocating on behalf of his clients in a methodical and cost-efficient manner.
Outside of his law practice, Josh keeps an active lifestyle playing in volleyball, softball, and basketball leagues in Toronto.
